Daniel Crooks is a contemporary digital artists who uses different techniques such as using a slow shutter speed or photocopier to warp, distort, chop up and blend images giving the impression of a stretched figure or location. He playfully explores the theme of multiple viewpoints having an affinity with futurism and cubism. His photography work was also clearly inspired by Hockney’s ‘joiners’.
